Last month I've turned lazy and just partied and taken in alcohol, I really need to start lifting again. Had a break from creatine so I should be able to get that going again.
I don't work out or anything, the exercise I get is from all the football I do. Like Matt said, not looking to put on muscle anyway. Also not sure how much one would normally lift (a bar curl is the long one you use both hands for right?) but 52.5kg is heavier than me, that doesn't sound right lol but I may be wrong, probably quite possible.

I dont nope, i want to but ijust dont have the memory to. Most stuff that i do i need to get into a routine of doing it, im just terrible at getting into that routine. Not to mention i have no know how or equipment
