If it's ongoing for a long time (like months at a time) then you should see a doctor. Regardless of hormones and mood swings, long-lasting bouts of feeling that way are worth treating even at mild stages and even or perhaps especially if you can't pinpoint a cause. Don't bottle it up and let it get to the stage where you only get help because you've taken it out on yourself physically

Does it normally occur late on in the evening? When I used to get it, it would normally be brought on by tiredness and thinking about ****.

With his first tip I have to agree. If you post on habboxforum about your problems then you'll usually get stupid replies like his

When I'm on a down I try to engage in a hobby, or, just focus on something and concentrate on getting it down to perfection-- doing that distracts me from whatever's making me feel off centered.

I've had minor experiences of this lasting a few weeks. Just open up and trust people I find, explaining things makes you feel better and can help you work things out. And no doubt people will respond with helpful and confidence boosting things.

Do it with people online you trust for a sense of anonymity but also people in real life who understand you too

I've had times like this numerous numbers of times, usually it only lasts a couple weeks and stops temporarily, but I have had it last quite awhile. It's been the absolute worst for the past 4 months-ish I'd say, before that it wasn't nearly this bad. I don't actually know the cause. However, I can tell you that it'll most likely pass, and it's probably just your hormones. If it continues, it could be the result of a recent "tragic" event. That's what I'd say could have triggered it for me tbh, but this was back at the end of May/beginning of June so yeah Just talk to the people you trust and don't do anything bad to yourself. People are usually a lot more understanding when it's something serious like this. I wish you the best of luck!
