The first one isn't bad but I don't know if it's just me, but they do not look long enough Try comparing them to the width of a Club Sofa or Throne Sofa

The H looks a bit odd with alignment.
I also think the H shouldn't have the lines at the top and bottom of it regardless.
Don't like the white bit on the black and white sorry. Maybe different shades would be better.

I really like the idea of a throne chair-sofa they look really good, the only thing I would say is to make them a little wider.
