Who mentioned a Tuxedo? Dressing your absolute best doesn't mean going over the top. It means showing pride in your appearance and wear a smart outfit. I would say a shirt, trousers and shoes.

But everyone has their own style.

I agree with dressing your best. You want to be remembered for the right reasons, and first impressions count, so your appearance is very important. It shows you've made an effort and have pride in yourself. Good luck with the interview

Don't wear jeans or anything, you have to be professional - casual or not.
Wear a smart outfit, a plain shirt and trousers.

I know this is an old thread but I don't know if you've sat the interview or not but if not; wear shirt and tie with black pants. I know he said it's a casual interview but you can't go wrong with a shirt and tie. When I asked on the forum and people said shirt and tie I didn't think it'be suitable but it works like a charm. My interview for my job was terrible. Could have gone a lot better. Over 400 other applicants and I got it. If you haven't sat it yet, good luck!
