Depends how far into the relationship tbh. Because if it was first date, I'd want to come across as tasteful and classy, but not OTT. Whereas if it were a few months in, I'd be prepared to sit back and be more inclined to do a stay-at-home date.

But anyway...

First date: At my age right now...probs cinema (some girly chick flick for the gf ;]) and then a nice meal in Pizza Express//Nando's or some cheapish but nice restaurant.

A few months in: Cook for the Mrs. at home, then snuggle together and watch DVDs followed by some bedroom experiments.
