thing is i dont even have oily skin, mines pretty dry, but i have it in good condition atm, but the spots on my cheeks wont go away, like they all clear, but then just come back as soon as they doand because i have very fair sensitive skin, i can tell its going to mess up my face, but i think im going to risk it!

The main problem with roacutane is that until you start taking them you cannot be totaly sure you wont get any of the side effects.
In the end it's worth it however when you start taking them they actualy give you more spots, although this is only temporary and i didn't get any side effects at all apart from that.
What dosage are you taking may i ask?

You may also have nosebleeds quite often
But it seriously works wonders, I've been off it for 6 monthsish now, and I've had about 3 spots since then.

Ah i did get a few nosebleeds now that i remember, didn't realise the roacutane had anything to do with it.
