    Good on you man you did the correct thing i believe however, i'm kinda surprised the police didn't arrest you.

    I mean kicking an animal is one thing in our modern day laws, beating up a man on the streets is quite another.

    I don't see how they wouldn't have even taken you to the station for questioning.

    They didn't arrest me, they just asked me to put my hands on the fence and face it but they said what have you done I just said I knocked him to the ground for beating a dog up. I was pretty young and they understood. They were going to fine me for something but it never came :s that's about it.

    And it's the first thing you have done so they let me off with a warning but took my picture for some reason.

    Ah ok it makes more sense now.

    As i said good on you for doing what you did. , i dunno if i would have had the courage to do the same in that situation.

    Although you were lucky not to be arrested, I think what you did was a really good thing to do - despite what the law says.
