making offensive emblems degrade the online experience for others

made me laugh because the first thing my friend did was make an emblem that was someone ************.

Pointless saying they'll ban people for boosting because no one ever reports boosters, they just go round trying to kill them. Mods are all over Youtube too with their Gamertag or PSN name waving in the viewers face, on the other hand though I guess if people see this now they might be happier to report someone, additionally maybe 5G for reporting a booster which then leads to a ban.
