Do you get a radar key so you don't have to wait or pay to go to the toilet in public places?

I've got a friend with Pulmonary Hypertension. He was going to have an operation for it, but it would've affected his life in a way that he didn't want, so he decided to go against it.

How long has it been since you were diagnosed, and how severe is it, if you don't mind me asking?

Diagnosed 12 years ago (when I was 2) and it's mild. Some people with it are wheelchair bound and can't do every day things such as walk upstairs, go to school, play sports. I can do most of those things - just sometimes I'm slower or it takes me longer than others
