The first version, in my opinion was horrible.

But the second version is so much better! I love the use of winter furniture, although I do not think the red lasers fit too well.

I'll be honest, I dislike the first room, even with the updates.

The First room - I dislike the red and blue pillows, they like clash. Just use silver ones. In addition the samovars look very cluttered and misplaced, while the ambers don't really suit the theme, rather they should be replaced by the likes of a penguin statue, or snowy christmas trees. All replace the lasers with Turquoise ones.

I like the other rooms.

I'm not a fan of the grassy area with the petals and the mushrooms because when you go through the tele to the hallway it goes back to ice so its not very consistent?
I like the way you stayed consistent with the training room by adding the lodge walls to the hallway to make it seem like a real merge into one.
It's good you removed the gold bars because that was just tacky and overall they're very good rooms.
The ice lanterns look a bit out of place to me in the training room, as do the holiday whatchamacallems (santa and elf) in the main room.
But as said above, very minimalistic and used the furni you have well.
