Matt Thats The thing i dont expect to get a job straight away but it gets boring when you are on a forum complaining & Apply for jobs & Don't get it it's better if you had a job then you would have something to do !!Certain departments get quite a lot of applications and it would also take a lot of time to reply back to the people who have failed saying sorry. You shouldn't expect to get a job straight away, as it all depends on what your application is actually like. It can take people months or even years to get a job in certain departments, you just have to keep trying.
??!
You don't just get handed a job to 'give you something to do'!
Jobs require a lot of time, hard-work and dedication.
If you want a job here, you have to prove that you have all of these things to offer.
For a start, I recommend that you become a bit more active on habboxforum and habbox; its always good to get to know the members of the forum when applying for a job.

There will be hundreds of people in your situation- the fact is we cannot just hire everybody at the same time. Instead of complaining, just keep applying and try establish yourself as a forum member. Get to know the community and post around a bit. A job will come along eventually but you just have to be patient. This forum isn't just about jobs- we are a big community and if we're not a "job center" as such where you can just pop on get a job etc all the time. It's a long process sometimes, especially when there are lots of other people applying for the positions too. I really do think that the best advice in this thread is to gather reasons on why your application wasn't successful from managers and by messaging them this you can gain valuable experience for the next time on how to make your application stand out from the rest.

But all i want is a job i know it's hard but i have applied for loads & loads and it gets really boringSome jobs require you to be at a certain level before you are hired as staff. Most departments get 30+ applications each time and when there are only 4-5 slots available this does unfortunately mean a lot of applicants are rejected- we can't hire everyone. I waited a good few months to get a job here too, and 2 months isn't long at all really and in this time you could establish yourself as a forum member, make friends and get to know people.
I think even though you say you "don't want pointers" this would significantly help your application since if you are being rejected time after time there will in most cases be a reason for this and there are always ways to improve.
If you don't want pointers then you can continue to wait for a long time. Some jobs are really popular (HabboxLive, moderator, help desk) and get over 50 applications. You really need to be the best you can be and if you're being rejected, it's obvious something's not quite right.
As my dad always likes to remind me, "I want never gets". You're never going to get a job if you show that sort of attitude in your application I'm afraid.
