Actually there were a great deal of complaints about this avatar and signature not just 'not mentioning any names' brigade. I can confirm that avatars and signatures of this kind have always been banned and if fact it is less strict than it used to be. Robbie you should know this as an ex Super Mod I totally support Hecktix on this.
