We either have Turkey or Beef. None of us really like turkey, it's a bit dry.. but it's quicker than cooking the beef (well, how we cook it).
Can't wait, starving atm!

If your Turkey's dry you're probably cooking it too hot. It's gotta be done on a low temp for a long time.
It needs slow cooking at something like 120 degrees C oven temperature until the meat closest the centre reaches around 75 degrees C.

Chicken or turkey, I can't actually tell the difference and it's left overs from the night before
