    Yes this is common, especially due to exam stress etc.

    My sleep is alright at the moment, got to sleep easily the last two days just when I woke up I still feel tired sometimes. Thanks Carson!

    Try drinking some more water and eat more fruit/veg; bananas are especially good for a boost of energy as they contain potassium.

    I personally think it could be down to puberty. Also I would suggest try and change your diet and see if that works. If not I'd go see the doc.
