But nobody is talking about morals We are brought up to not be bothered about "stealing" music, software, etc because everyone does it.

Sorry but how is that legal? With SAM Broadcaster you buy a license and you use it - You can get seat licenses but if someone has bought a license e.g. one license for HxL then it can only work on one copy of SAM and you'd need a separate license for each presenter.

That's why most people end up pirating SAM in the end, due to the fact that it isn't cheap. The station I run has one legal copy of SAM for the main computer/Auto DJ system we currently use, but the rest of the presenters have to supply their own - most probably are using pirate versions but at least it means we can't be done as we haven't supplied them with any keys or links.

Yeah it's stealing but I would probably put money on HabboxLive having no DJs who legally bought it. So don't worry about that. This is the disappointing thing about the internet.

Yeah but if HxL are actually supplying the serial it makes it even worse.

For example if someone is found to have an illegal SAM Broadcaster, they may just try and get HxL to remove them but if they actually discovered the site itself was supplying the serial illegally it would be the whole site that would be under liability. Sadly, it just takes one presenter, maybe he's fired or something, to take revenge and report the site.

Probably nothing would happen, but there's always a chance.

Only the scum of the earth would steal a SAM Code and use it. It's like walking in Currys and picking up a 32" TV and walking out without paying for it. Believe me they'll catch all of you and you'll all come to regret it! Frankly you should be thrown in prison for it, in my eyes it's up there with murder and rape, sickening crime.

Seriously though, yes it probably is but everyone does it and you won't get caught.

Edit: bring the death penalty back for it i've decided.

In 2006 when I first started to present, it was winamp. But it soon changed to Sam Broadcaster, and I think every body then used the serials. It's 2011 in hours, and everyone still uses them, and everyone I still talk to that still present from back then in the days, still use it, and haven't been caught. My self, stopped presenting in 2009, but everyone still does use the serials..
