Personally i don't think a whole new forum would be necessary. I think all we need is a CC so everyone can join and chat,
also the thing about the mods its there job to stick threads and moderate and make sure the forum runs well so i don't see that being a problem.
Also for people who don't want to join the clan they basically already have by joining this forum and being part of the RS community ?
Surely there will be a few members who don't want to take part in events (maybe just because, or due to low levels) but they can still join the CC and such

Personnally i dont fancy having a forum being made up, it will place others 'above' the rest, for example i can already see people asking for ranks, mod and admin on forum etc.

CC Will do perfectly.
