they spawn different places every week, you find each of them and you can exchange them for xp or coins

I did the cold war quest so I get 15 points instead of 10 but I've been using them the past few weeks on summoning and got 15k xp this week with 15 points and that only took me about 20 minutes to find them all

So for finding them all you get 15k xp in a chosen skill? Or does the xp vary, I've never tried these penguins see plus I wasn't active when they were introduced so I know very little about them.

Depends on your level. but at level 40 I got 15k for all penguins + cold war so I got 5 extra points

so 10k at level 40 with all pengs minus cold war

Hmm wonder if theres some sort of table that shows how much xp you get at a certain level cos I may be interested in doing it for slayer.

For each penguin point (some penguins are worth 2 points if you've done the Cold War quest, rest 1) you will need to use the following:

Skill level x 25

So if you gained 10 points and were using it on your level 50 Magic, you'd use:

50 x 10 x 25 = 12,500xp.

The conversion for penguin points is

Your Skill level x 25 = Amount of XP Per point.
for example on my prayer, since ive done hunt for raktuber aswell which means i get 16 points per week;

92 Prayer x 25 = 2300 Prayer XP per point
2300 x 16 (penguin points) = 36,800.

Depends on your level in that skill .
