
That was surprisingly easy :S Did you not have to take any details with you?We were 10 mins late to our appointment so the woman that greeted us went to the back and signed us in and just told us if anyone asks we've been waiting 20 minutes, then the Genius dude was really nice, asked a few questions, tried it out and found it didn't work, made me sign a bit of paper and I walked out with a brand new iPad in 10 minutes.
Also, I read "iPad buggered" and immediately had dirty thoughts of "Isn't that what all iPad owners do anyway?" Forgive me![]()

Nope, just booked an appointment, turned up with the iPad/cable/charger to let them try it for themselves and when they couldn't make their Macs recognise it they just swapped it over.
