Can you cook? If so what is your signature dish?

Sweet and sour chicken is my signature dish.

I love cooking
Basically, I cooked for 13 people at new year - including 3 teachers from my school :/ They all said they enjoyed it, but it was the alcohol really.
My signature is really slow cooked lamb, but I can make something up from most ingredients and it's what I love doing day to day.

My signature dish would be fried egg sandwich. I make good eggs, tehe. I don't cook generally, my mum says I make too much mess.

I can cook, I mostly cook Italian food because of my Italian roots and its really easy and quick. I think my favourite meal to make tortellini, now that i can make the pasta myself!
