If your parents split...

I don't think my parents would split up but if they did I'd rather go with my mum because I love them both equally but I can talk to my mum about everything can't really do that with my dad.

i'd defo go with my mum. my dads a right moody **** 90% of the time, he just goes mental at everyone and likes to do things to piss you off, but when hes in a good mood, hes propa safe.

whereas my mum, shes just really cool, shes an amazing person and she understands me so much, so i guess im closer to her.

I'm living with my mum, and have done since I was 7.
I'd like to think I'd have chosen my mum over my dad, although I do have a much more relaxed time when I'm at his, but I think that's because I only see him every couple of weeks.

Deffo my mum. Although we're all together at the moment, I can see my parents heading towards a divorce within the next couple of years as things aren't looking too good. Its hard enough for me to live with my dad under the same roof right now, we just don't really get on and every convo we have turns into some form of an argument! It sounds really bad but I wouldn't mind not seeing him if it meant that I was able to just get on with my life happily.

My dad, not because I don't love my mum - I love her to bits.

However, with my dad we would go straight to Spain, be financially better off, and he is generally more lenient - but would never let me step over the line.

It is difficult, for example, when I am ill I would rather be with my mum.
