Anyway, it depends how much your going to be using it, personally i dont like buying things seperately, i'd rather have the full set-up of a certain armour, for example, barrows, dragon, bandos and armadyl, rather then individual parts.

If you have the whole set, you can be more flexible with what you wear and also get the best stat bonuses for whatever your planning on using the armour for.

The 3a items are pretty crap because most godwars armour has better stats. It's mostly a sign of wealth but if I had 900m I'd rather buy a phat/santa hat. If you're looking for defence bonus then buy torva instead. After it crashes though.

If you have the money buy it while you can. Most people probably still won't sell cos they want to upgrade/downgrade rather than just pure cash. Buy a santa as an investment and come january next year dump it for a nice profit before it crashes again.

Personally, I'd get 99 in most buyable skills rather than spend it on armour that I wouldn't use.
