Not sure how much uncoded layouts go for, but this would be a good starting point

All I can say is with the menu bar; gradient like that isn't very 'habbo-y' if you get me. Habbo is more block colours rather than bright, neon, gradients.

I like the idea of a drop down radio though!

I'd say 8/10, well done!
