    Can't find anything which goes against them, and they've been going for a pretty long time - I'd say go for it

    Are you sure it didn't mean "Free to call 0800 numbers from mobiles on their network" ?

    Yeah, I am pretty sure that Orange don't offer 0800 numbers and these are meant for businesses.

    Sorry, apologies. Orange are offering local numbers that redirect to a mobile number.
