Basically, you are:

- No longer a teen by name.
- If you went to Uni you're now out in the big world.
- You can rent a car (assuming you've had your license for 3 years).

The birthdays feel different too. I guess when you're turning 18 you've got to put up with 17 year olds running around who can't drink or do anything amazing. When you're 21 you can go drinking with virtually anyone.
