And why would that be? The posts are not deleted, you haven't suffered any loss of intellect based on a lower representation. Having more posts than someone else doesn't make you any more special or better than them. I would understand you being upset if the posts were deleted but they aren't. Some people don't even look at what they type, all they are concerned with is getting the post count and reputation points as high as possible. Forums are not a popularity contest. I'm not trying to put anyone down but In my opinion quality is better than quantity and if you are able to make 20 posts in 5 minutes in which a majority consist of phrases such as " OMGZGGZ LYKZ KKZ" go ahead but it's a waste of time and space.

Doesn't take alot of work for me to think or type. And as I'm pointing out I dont post or start threads for the sole purpose of increasing my statistics. I don't get what the big deal is, it's a number in the corner of the screen and certainly isn't something as devasting as people are making it out to be.

I don't care whether it takes a few seconds to type it, what i'm saying is that you appear to be trying to make this into a debate on whether statistics will change how people judge us =/. That isn't the point of this thread.
