CFH Tool is rubbish, they just send automated messages, best thing is to use help tool or pm redtiz, shes very helpful.

I understand she's very helpful, it's just I've pm'd her like, yesterday, about something else. I don't really wanna PM her again, she may get annoyed.

guys you've got to use the tools at your hands. Redtiz is there as a last point of call. It defeats the point of her being here for people just to skip the help tool and go to her.
