Any proxy that you can find easily on the internet will be blocked, as will any with the word "proxy" or "unblocker" anywhere.

Best bet would be to set up your own proxy, its not that hard.

If you do set up your own proxy, you have to be smart about it, many systems will detect it's a proxy and block access the first time you use it.
