
this was because these two were 'add ons', they weren't meant to be a new new COD, jsut an advance on the current generation, sort of like how Battlefield Bad Company 2 isn't Battlefield 3they where the PC versions of the Call Of Duties.

and on the games being different games, Im not so sure... Because then there would be more than 7 Call Of Duty Releases making the PC versions also a part of the collection.
Why would you call it CoD7 instead of Black ops anyway, the same thing goes for people who call MW2, CoD6. The last one I would say it made sense to number was CoD4.
But anywho, the only good M16 was the CoD4 one, they've been toned down more and more since then, and I find the Black ops one to be really unreliable. Outclassed by the Famas in both MW2 and Black ops.
Agreed, the Black Ops M16 is sometimes really awesome and seems to get a one burst kill every time, or really ******.
