Why do you play Runescape?

One word.. QUESTS. These are my favourite bit of it and I think the humour and backplots are great. I have been maintaining by Quest Cape ever since 2008.

haha I don't play anymore but I used to play in order to stay in front of all my friends on the game. Including one of my ex girlfriend's at the time

Quell time, sense of achievement. I always set myself a target of getting max level and 100,000 in currency (WoW lvl 85, 100k gold) (BO lvl 50 100k cod points) (Runescape lvl 100m gp) I am on my way to getting level 138 at the minute aswell as 100m (currently 105, 80m)

You're one of the few people I've met who actually enjoys doing the quests. I agree though, their one of the main reasons I play RS.
I also like setting myself goals and completing them. I mostly play RS for Slayer and Dungeoneering now and sometimes I'll play Castle Wars if I've got the cash. It's also nice to chat to friends and meet new people.

Habbo's generally for talking to friends but runescape, you don't need that. Obviously it helps but it's nice to have a game where you're never bored because "there's no-one to talk to", normally bored cos of other reasons (grr mining coal)

PS. I love the quests too but im f2p so i've done them all. i've had p2p twice and just wasted it doing lots of quests :p

Whenever I do play now, Its just really to pass the time!

I have periods when I really hate runescape and can't bothered to go on, and times when I can't get off it (mainly because I just want to complete a goal).
