    I know if I want to commit to something and make a full long lasting change it has to be an ABSOLUTE change with no room for compromise, dropping smoking and only socially smoking just wouldn't work for me.

    i'm no expert but it only takes one cigeratte after quiting to get you hooked again, and you shouldn't be smoking anyway so get it out of your head man
