Aren't they paid to deal with calls, the lazy so and so shouldn't have even bothered sending that hobba alert if he wasn't even gonna deal with the call.

These "More important calls" involve the hobbas going to a room, saying go to the habbo help tool and going away again. Most people who use the CFH go to habbo help tool first anyway, so a hobba saying go do it again doesnt really help. Ive sort of lost my train of thought now, so ill shut up.....
