Ull see the most desperate people out there. Honestly. a guy needed a mode sofa so he offered me Hc for it
and even >max< offered me an HC for 3 lodge corners.

I feel that the HC sofa is overrated and overvalued to a certain extent. If someone is wanting to get an hc for their normals it can cost them up to 65 credits. On the flipside if someone is looking for a bunch of roses, corners, bars, etc,.. they tend to offer an hc for a lesser amount just to get what they need, many times the equivalent of 25-30 credits. I think the Habbox value of the HC sofa has been incorrectly priced for some time and how it's actually valued at 60 credits always make people question how that's possible? I do understand the basic reasoning behind the fact that it's worth more than some useless norms may be, but more than double the cost is somewhat of a mystery. The high value of the HC has helped me in many situations, there was a time that I needed 30 lodge corners and someone actually bought 30 of them from the catalogue for me (cost him 90 real credits) just for my 2 hc sofas because he knew they were worth 60 credits each. Surely 90 real credits is better than 2 hc sofas but thats how it goes sometimes. I know it's a little off topic but HC sofas are overpriced and overrated, you shouldn't have to spend 60 credits in normals for one even though alot of people want more than the catalogue value because it's a "Rare" and they don't specifically need norms.

Not blaming anyone because its the users who decide what a value is, but I don't understand how it ever got that high in the first place. There are tons of hcs in the hotel yet they always remain popular and desired, maybe even for the reason there are so many?
