the helptool is terrible, they take days/weeks to reply

they are so stupid doing something like this for people who wasn't even affected by this (me), i changed my stuff to make it my account more secure and now they've just undone all that and put it onto an old email which is less secure? so stupid

found out why i couldn't get on, they were looking at my account because i had a stolen infobus (i bought it from a player for 110 gbs) and basically just emailed me this morning saying i'm permanently banned as its a stolen item and i didn't trade anything for it?

i swear the helptool is useless, i traded 110 goldbars for it and i'm being told i didn't and i hacked it which is ********

sent them an email back, i swear i better get my account back, so annoyed

i didn't hack, i bought the infobus for goldbars... i didn't break any rules, i just bought a piece of furni? :S

I don't think you should be banned for purchasing a stolen item, when you had no knowledge of it being stolen in the first place.

did i know they were hacked/the item was hacked? no, i just bought it

this 'doreen' clearly knows nothing about habbo.

shes now changed her story after i typed a small paragraph about the infobus and is saying that i'm actually now infact banned for a trade on July 2nd in which i received furni but i never gave anything for it... that is called a bet :S just typed like a pages worth explaining it all, sigh.

seriously, the helptool is just as bad at the CFH tool/MODs and i seriously hope i am not staying banned for doing something i didn't do. posted this on 0rca's homepage so hopefully she'll look into it (atleast she knows what she is doing and will hopefully unban me)
