Probably not much you can do... although you can ask them to see if there is any CCTV footage of the incident, if there is and it clearly shows you are innocent then you could take it up with an accidents claim agency.

Not sure what the law is on requesting CCTV footage, but it could well come under the freedom of information act in which case they'd have to provide you with a copy upon request. (AFAIK).

You can use all sorts of privacy laws for the other people in the club at the time to get around this.

There's nothing you can do OP, live and learn.

not to worry about your neck, every 5 minutes or so, i have to stretch my left side neck right, and and then my right side neck stretch left, and ach time i do it theres a huge crack. (i've had this for years)

I threw no punches and simply went in the middle of the fight and separated the fighters yet I was threw out and assaulted. My neck is now injured when I move it to the right. What do I do now? I feel so annoyed at this as the bouncers said I was thrown out for fighting when I asked them and then they told me to **** off :s
I can completely understand the bouncer's actions, although they shouldn't do anything that leaves lasting injuries.
If you think it's an actual case of assault, surely you would have gone to the police?
Clubs/pubs tend to go through a sort of agency thing to get bouncers, it's very rare these days that they hire them directly. Find out if they're hired directly or through an agency and complain at the highest level you can, you could end up with a night of free drinks
