Summer Holidays don't last long enough!

Here in America we get 11 weeks off for the summer, but it does seem to go by very fast. Although I'm satisfied with how long our break is, if it was any longer I probably wouldn't want to go back to school lol.

lol, well yeah for me it isn't long enough and i get that when you're working it is much shorter holidays! I would just prefer them too be extended i know it gets boring sometimes but i'd rather be bored in my house the be bored at school i aint worrying Nhix, I am not bothered about playing habbo... more too do with going out and enjoying the weather whilst it is here ....

what weather? It's crap 99% of the time LOL. Why would you want them extended? Surely them being shorter but you're always using them in a productive way makes more sense.

We have short summers compared to USA because of half term breaks. Quit complaining.

Also, wait til you do exams... the summer becomes very very very boring after about a month or so after finishing

I mean final exams, A2 levels or the scots equivalent

I am doing them when i go back, in Scotland we don't do A2's or whatever we just do an A level over a 1 year course. Instead of being called an A-level it is called a Higher.

wait til you get to uni, i finished lessons in APRIL. and i'm not going back (well i've left anyway but) til the first week of october.

yeah same. even worse when you realise youre paying for it and youre not even there for half of the year.
