I got the COM51 one, the blue one. I don't mind them actually, i think they quite nice.
You don't have to be a heiress to look like one, if you act like one then everyone will just presume you are one

You had to go onto the news article about the friendship quest - enter the room number you ended up in and a comment about the quest, in order to receive the badge. I don't know if you can still see it.
