furni picks up when i click on it

I think you're right as in it's a bug. My friends having the same issue lately whenever he clicks a furni it picks up

Ohh no when I have rights in other peoples rooms the furni goes that grey colour it goes when you move furni.

It use to happen to me frequently but it's fine now I think it's the pc not Habbo.

Yeah same, have had this error a while.. contacted them, told me to clear my cache still hasn't worked.

EDIT: When it also picks up something, it won't let me talk.

if it won't let you talk then you have control held down using sticky keys. Press shift a few times and it'll disable it. (assuming you are even still having this error)

I know how to use these , but it doesn't work all the time on my Desktop but yes for Laptop.

Have you tried pressing escape? Updating your flash player?
