I considered getting one but since I'm only on the M+ package for TV it doesn't really seem worth it. If I ever upgrade the TV package, I'll consider it.

My dads friend got one a while ago and he said that it is so long winded and absolutely terrible. He got a free trial and said once it's over is going back to the old one.

I only ordered the TiVo box, due to it being free installation as I am on the TV XL package with HD etc already, and the prices for the Virgin + HD box was the same as the TiVo 500GB, so thought, more GB for my money
