Chrome is fine with me and never crashes because of the news, although I hate it. It's so pointless. :@
So glad it's been removed now.

I just got my friend to kick me from his room to test it as he was the one that told me it's ok now and it didn't crash and was super fast

When I contact support about it they said, "This is a browser related issue, not Habbo client related. I'm afraid that the tech team is unable to help with this."

It's not just the news that makes you lag, it is indeed the browser you use and the quality of your PC!! As people have said they tend to see firefox working better than most?

I Find when you get kicked out the room of your first when being online it takes ages to stop lagging

I'm glad it's alright now, I don't think it was browser related as it's all OK since they've removed the news pop-up!
