Things that make you cringe!

I have a few things, Chalk on boards and just chalk in general. I hate the sounds of cotton wool when it get stretched and also like polystyrene chip boxes, when people touch them there is a wacko noise that sends me insane.

I can only think of the nails on a chalkboard that would affect me. There's also a type of material but I can't think of it's name, blah!

Scratching chalkboard/paper

Also thinking about brushing teeth does it for me. Like I ain't scared of brushing my teeth but thinking about the brush scratching on your teeth is uhhufgggggftdfujfvuuvjfhg

Scraping a knife on a plate has to be the worst. Sets my teeth on edge.

Eeek, just thinking about it is setting me off. I hate it when cutlery is scraped on a plate, when people grind their teeth and when someone gets their nails and drags them across a chalk board.

Mine is exactly the same as yours. It makes me go insane! Whatever you guys call this? uuuuuuuurghhhhhh

I don't mean cringe as in embarrassment but as in something actually physically making you cringe. Perhaps cringe is not the right word to be using but I'm too tired to think so cringe is the word.


I hate the noise of pencils, markers and especially broken pencils being scrapped on paper (I'm actually cringing now)
I hate the feel of cardboard which is horrible because I work in a factory packaging items into boxes
I hate the noise of people cracking their fingers
I hate licking envelopes

I'm sure other things make me cringe but i can't think of them right now. Anyone got any weird things that make them cringe like i do and if you do, do you know how to stop cringing when someone does it?

There's a lot of things that made me cringe.
I hate the sound of fingernails being scrapped on a wood or any rough surface materials. And i hate biting into ice-cream :/
