Having only the owner able to trade is such a great idea! Stops those people who trade you when you're in the last two in falling furni and making you fail.

Looks good! I'm guessing this means you can put trade on in any room when it's not in the trade section. This means games can actually be put in the games section instead of the trading section which has always bugged me a little

Also great for games, like ff so random people wont trade you and still have your room category in the trade section
