Happens all the time in these sorts of places anyway. Besides, do these writers and viewers not come into contact with these sorts of people? They exist everywhere - grandparents, elderly friends, angry, brash middle-aged people... The woman is a bloody cow, she can think all those things if she wishes because no one can control what her opinions are but she shouldn't of shouted them out in the tram infront of people. Someone should of gave her a slap.
