Yea the last one seems to be 20 now
. I started a credit shop event the other day and got about 20 straight away (that's how I got the 15) so it shouldn't be too hard !

I may be wrong but I did the quest on a clone and the boundaries have changed to: 3, 10 and 20 :S
I can't believe I did that free grabber to get 40 people when they decrease the amount needed now lol.
