Not really, asking for a persons password, regardless of if the user thinks its a joke, isn't.

The rule is there, you can't choose when to and when not to break it

I could be with a good friend and be racist to them, regardless if we're friends I'm still breaking the habbo way.

And if the person did give him the password, then they'd both be banned for account sharing, so ultimately it's out of his own stupidity that he's banned, and 100% deserved the ban.
