i done it when i was on rs (4 months ago ish)
i got 1000 laws an hour (teleport to get there faster)
made 1000 a day and used them up in about 30 minutes teleporting to sears village over and over

They just want the xp i figured it out cause one of the crafters was my friend b4 they started doing this he told me they only want xp and its easyier if they get people to bring them the ess and they do all have like 5mil ess :p
