Just about 24 hours last month. It went down on the Tuesday and Virgin said it would be down until Friday when they could get an engineer out to fix the problem. It was back with us the following morning though!

my wireless went down for like four days in the summer and virgin media had to fix it but apart from that never with virgin and I can't remember the others

Once it was faulty but when you refreshed it was ok. But it hasn't been down for a long length of time that I can remember.

About 6 hours when we were changing ISP, aside from power cuts that is.
