I was gonna say use Power90 but that involves weights.. maybe try without weights!
    Also, I'm 21 and a size 32! Gawd.

Can't you just do pushups in your room for workouts? Start off with 10 then slowly increase, and PUSH yourself. When you think you cant do anymore do 2-3 more, that's where great athletes are born!

Shane you're also like 8" taller than him

Anywayyyyyyy as far as I'm aware cardio is your best bet for all-round fitness and weight loss, and since exercise releases some lovely hormones which make you feel good about yourself it's a pretty decent idea to have an exercise regime on all counts

I used to run Ben. But my doctors told me that it wouldn't be a good idea to continue with that because I have the early stages of osteoarthritis. Running is easy to do (nothing really required) and fun .. if you slow jog. I used to run for a running team, I'm actually an ex 600m county champion XD.

Anyway if you go to the gym, if they have a cross trainer they are amazing for weight loss. The amount of calories that can be burned in an hour from those are a lot. If you stick with it the pounds will drop off.

Just don't stop eating entirely (not sure why Laura tells me). Best to eat regular meals but healthy options. I know healthy food sucks but if you're not going to exercise that's the best way.

    Failing all that, liposuction haha!!

if you don't wanna be fat, don't eat as much and do some exercise.

that's it. if you can't be arsed to that, then you can't be that bothered with being fat.

14 is a little too young to start that, his body isn't even remotely fully developed yet. Probably best he waits!

Then again I see no problem in low weight, high reps.. more toning than anything

Light muscle workouts won't do much harm, I know a few boys who started young, my best mate had his own multi-gym at 12.

Tbh, when you've posted in the pictures section, you don't actually look fat.

It just looks like your body build. My friend Amy is like you, she plays Rugby and it is just her bone structure which makes her appear slightly over weight.

Your friends will probably pay for that later in life. Anyway, I'm judging he wants muscular strength not endurance and light weights cater to endurance.

That sounds ridiculous in my opinion.

Anyway if you are fat, just balance your diet, stop eating crap. My dad lost like 3 stone sticking to this plan of lots of vegetables every day with meats some days etc (it was very specific though, not just any old crap). While you probably won't need anything that extreme due to age, it just proves that a balance of everything is beneficial. Also lol.
