    I used to when I was younger because I felt bad for them but when I thought about what they were probably spending it on I stopped. Would rather give money straight to charity.

    I don't really give them anything, they're more likely to spend it on something like drugs then something good.

    yeah same,usually I give my money to help for heroes. You get a wee band with the donation hehe

    I used to be part of a group that brought hot meals to the homeless around the city centre of Paris during the winter months. I can't recall ever giving money to any of them but I do know that I have given money to a deaf and mute person who gave me a little card explaining their situation. She was sweet. I hope she is doing well!

    I usually buy then a sandwich and a drink so they cant get drugs achol ect

    no, charity begins at home & they probably have or get more money than myself (you'd be amazed at how much they actually earn)

    In this country we have a generous (some would say too generous) welfare system which means that unless of a rare tecnocratic mix-up, there is no reason for anybody to be begging to eat, drink or sleep somewhere safely .. unless of course they are spending it all on drink and drugs. But i'll let you make your minds up on that one, ahem.
