What do professional graphic designers think of this?

I know some people get annoyed with the new versions as some claim they make it even easier for people to do tasks that once where more trickier if you get me.

My mate tried it and is annoyed that preset migration isn't working yet so hasn't fully tried it.

Unless of course you know something he doesn't, he uses the option to migrate them it says complete but he can't find them.

I tried it and it's alright, but as I'm not a Photoshop enthusiast I'm clueless as to what's good.

Not sure who you're aiming the professional graphic designers comment at, I don't think anyone on here is professional? haha.
I really like it, the only things it's made easier are content aware - which was a nightmare in the last one so I love it.

My preset migration worked fine? Imported all my gradients, patterns and brushes?

    Edit > Presets > Export/Import Presets.

Clicked the Import Presets tab, clicked on Select Import Folder, browsed to my Photoshop CS5 folder, selected all brushes/gradients/patterns and clicked Import Presets. and everything was there?

Alternatively, tell him to go back on CS5/4/3 whatever.
Edit > Presets > Presets Manager
Then on the brush category, click the first brush, hold shift, go to the last brush and click it. Save the brushes. Do the same for gradients/patterns/etc and save them all. Then just simply Load them in CS6.

Love that perspective cropping has it's own tool now, also that it now shows you the dimensions of selections.
It now supports video editing which is awesome, need to look more into it .

    great stuff.
