Thanks everyone, its so silly, been a day and still has the same message about assigning a help desk person to my appeal. I Made a spare account and have 5 days vip on there in the hope they sort it in that amount of time

Awh that's hardly fair. However it is well known that the words "cam" and "webcam" are caught in the filter and are words that can lead to a ban. Hope you get unbanned soon!
